Phil Harlow (Lead Pastor) and his wife Ruby are founders of Bridge Builders Ministries, a local fellowship in Rochester, NY. They have served in a variety of leadership positions in the local church over the years leading up to their call and  assignment as pastors. They were ordained under the auspices of Reconciliation Ministries International and Bishop Joseph Garlington.                                      

Phil has functioned as an executive/vice president in the corporate sector for two Fortune 100 companies primarily at Xerox Corporation. His life’s journey reflects a positive integration of the Christian experience within the marketplace. He and is wife have been committed to facilitating unity by bridging gaps created by cultural, racial, denominational and economic barriers.

They have a passion to support individuals in their growth, development, and utilization of their God given gifts and talents. Phil has attended various Christian leadership development programs, is a graduate of LeMoyne College and an inductee in the Greater Syracuse Sports Hall of Fame as an All American Basketball Player.
