For Emelio, his diversity of experience personally and professionally well qualifies him for the role he holds as Senior Pastor of Jubilee Christian Church in Brockport, NY. 

Emelio and his family moved from Brockport in 1991 to help plant and pastor a church in Albuquerque, NM.  While living there, Emelio heard the Lord calling him back to Brockport to plant a church. In 1996 he founded and established Jubilee Christian Church.  Jubilee is called to be an Equipping Center for the body of Christ in the Rochester area.

He is also a founding member of the Regional Transformation Initiative, a group of local pastors and leaders also called to equip, train and prepare the body of Christ to take a more active role in helping transform today’s culture.

Emelio has traveled the world preaching the Gospel and equipping Pastors, leaders and church members to reach their nations with the gospel of Christ.

Last year, Emelio and his wife Lucy celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. They have 3 children and 12 grandchildren and reside in Brockport, NY
